I write about food, chefs, and restaurants and the many ways they touch our communities. I write about inspirations behind dishes
and the passion behind food-centric endeavors.
When I am not dining out, you could find me writing, cooking, or teaching as a Writing professor at SVA and Marist.
As of May 2024, I will be available to host Creative Writing Workshops called Slice & Spice of Life, and teach others how to take life experiences—especially those centered around food—and turn them into stories, articles, poetry, and memoir.
